EDUCATION
Mr. Gamble received his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University in 1973 and his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1976.
COURT ADMISSION Mr. Gamble was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1976. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Texas.
Experience
Mr. Gamble has over 30 years of legal experience in the public and private sectors. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Gamble served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Lubbock County, Texas. From 1978 to 1987 Mr. Gamble maintained an active civil trial practice with an emphasis on oil and gas issues in Lubbock, Texas. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Gamble served as legal counsel to Railroad Commissioner Kent Hance. Following his service at the Railroad Commission of Texas, Mr. Gamble has focused his private practice in state and federal administrative, regulatory and legislative areas, with an emphasis on practice before the Railroad Commission of Texas. In addition to a legal practice in front of a number of state and federal agencies, Mr. Gamble provides lobbying and governmental relations representation of the firm’s clients before the Texas Legislature as well as state and federal administrative agencies.
