Experience
In her litigation practice, Ms. Lucio represents large and small businesses, as well as individuals in matters before state and federal courts, in arbitration and before administrative agencies. Ms. Lucio's legal experience encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation, including employment matters, contracts, business torts, real estate, trade secrets and technology. Ms. Lucio's employment practice involves both the representation of employees and executives and, separately, employers in employment law matters, including disputes involving non-competition agreements, trade secrets and other employment-related agreements.

Voted a Texas Rising Star for 2004, 2005 and 2008, which has been designated by Texas Monthly magazine as a distinction granted to the top 2.5% of the up-and-coming attorneys in Texas. Alumnus of the Leadership Austin, Class of 2007.
Professional Memberships / Affiliations
Ms. Lucio is active in the Austin Bar Association, currently serving as Vice Chair for the Labor and Employment Section. She was also active in the Austin Young Lawyers Association, including service on the Board of Directors (2000-2004). Ms. Lucio is frequently invited to speak about legal ethics for continuing legal education programs. She is also a member of the College of the State Bar and the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism.
Civic
Ms. Lucio regularly represents indigent clients in litigation matters on a pro bono basis through Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas.
