Experience
Ms. Navarre's litigation practice involves the representation of large and small businesses, as well as individuals in matters before state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Ms. Navarre's legal experience encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation, including labor and employment, contracts, business torts, fiduciary duty and malpractice, sexual assault, trade secrets and technology. Ms. Navarre's employment practice involves both the representation of employees and, separately, employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including disputes involving non-competition agreements.
Professional Memberships / Affiliations
Ms. Navarre is active in the Austin Bar Association (including the Labor and Employment Section), and in the Austin Young Lawyers Association, serving as a Co-Chair of the Membership Committee.
Civic
Ms. Navarre regularly represents indigent clients in litigation matters on a pro bono basis through Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas and is a volunteer for the State Bar of Texas as a prosecutor on various matters. Ms. Navarre began volunteer work within the community in the fall of 2003 through her work with the Junior League of Austin.
