In her litigation practice, Ms. Peña represents large and small businesses, as well as individuals in matters before state and federal courts, in arbitration and before administrative agencies. Ms. Peña's legal experience encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation, including employment matters, contracts, business torts, real estate, trade secrets and technology.

Professional Memberships / Affiliations
Ms. Peña is active in the Williamson County Bar Association, currently serving as Secretary. She has been on the board of directors since 2006. Ms. Peña is a member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association, Austin Bar Association, and the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin. Ms. Peña also serves on the Board of the Chandler Creek Municipal Utility District.

Civic
Ms. Peña represents indigent clients in litigation matters on a pro bono basis through Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas. Ms. Peña has previously volunteered at the Dell Children’s Hospital and Austin Habitat for Humanity.
