EDUCATION
Mr. Schwartz earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003 with a major in government. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2006.
COURT ADMISSIONS
Mr. Schwartz was admitted to the State Bar of Texas on November 3, 2006.
Experience
Mr. Schwartz worked for several members of the Texas House of Representatives and Texas Senate while studying government in college and earning his law degree, including the 76th, 77th and 79th legislative sessions. He clerked for two litigation firms during law school where he gained experience in a wide variety of lawsuits. Mr. Schwartz has represented clients in various legislative matters before the Texas Legislature in addition to successfully handling cases in the practice of law.
